If your computer keeps restarting when you are using a disc product this may be because your computer’s settings are not allowing it to display the error message explaining the cause of the problem.
The quickest way for us to resolve your problem is to send us a screenshot of your error message. So in order for you to let your PC display this message please follow the steps below for the relevant operating system.

When a system failure occurs in Windows, the default behaviour is to automatically restart the machine.
In order to see the error code describing the possible cause of the issue, please follow the below steps (please note admin access to your PC is required):
Click on Start (Windows icon in the bottom left corner).
Right-click on 'My Computer', then click on 'Properties'.
Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
Under 'Startup and Recovery' click on 'Settings'.
Under 'System Failure', make sure the tick-box for 'Automatically restart' is UN-TICKED.
Click on 'OK'.
Click on 'OK' again.
Now when you attempt to run the software again, please write down the details displayed in that blue screen error message, including the error code, and send these details to us at help@macmillan.com , as this may help us narrow down the cause of the issue.
